At Pearls Perfected institute, we are committed to empowering and equipping women to have life and have it more abundantly and to:

  • Live authentically.  Gain the clarity, confidence and the courage to be who God created you to be and complete your God given assignment. 
  • Love freely.  Be free to love yourself as much as you love others without losing yourself in the process; and
  • Learn without limits.  Never stop learning or restrict learning to a traditional educational institution. Live life to the fullest by  learning new skills and techniques so that you can become your best self in all life situations!

My journey began before my 30 + Years' marriage…

Growing up like many of you, I invested in myself and my future. I had aspirations for my life, career and my family. After marrying a pastor, I supported my husband in a variety of ways so that he could successfully do what God had called him to do.


I started my own career but my husband’s job was more important. However, I knew God had given me skills, gifts and abilities and that He created me to be MORE than a Pastor’s wife and a Director of Learning. He had  something He wanted me to do to make a difference in the lives of others.

But being a wife, mother and a busy professional I was more focused on being successful at those things, 

My vision and goals were no longer a priority. I became sidetracked….

  • There are very limited resources for christian women to equip you along your journey through life's situations.
  • There are even more limited safe spaces beyond therapy where you can share your fears and dreams without running the risk of exposure.

I set out on a mission to create a safe space for christian women  to learn and grow  to become who God created, called and chosen to be. 

I have created a space where you can fulfill your God given purpose and make a difference in your life and the lives of others.  

I have integrated all that I have learned and applied along the way into  Pearls Perfected Perfected Institute!

After experiencing a devastating divorce as a pastor’s wife, I enrolled in Janice’s coaching program. By working with Janice, I was better able to navigate through my divorce. She provided a nurturing, judgment-free environment for me to heal from the shock hurt, frustration, and disappointment associated with divorce. In our time together I learned that God could use my pain to make a difference in the lives of others.
